After winning the Best Apartment Development in Africa award at the 2024 International Property Awards final with 'Les Vues d'Anbalaba', Domaine d'Anbalaba has been honored with two more prestigious distinctions.
Indeed, in February in London, Domaine d’Anbalaba was awarded the prizes for Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Sustainable/Eco-Friendly Development.
The International Property Awards bring together the world's best real estate developments each year, all of which have previously been recognized in their respective countries through regional competitions by continent.
A unique living destination in Mauritius
This award recognizes the entirety of our real estate program, which offers luxury, well-being, and authenticity to its residents while respecting the local population and their environment.
Domaine d'Anbalaba indeed offers a complete range, including accommodation for sale and rent, an eco-lodge, and various facilities and amenities, some of which are open to the public (Station A restaurant, concept store, supermarket, etc.).
It aims to become a must-visit destination for vacationers in their Mauritius itinerary, as well as the new gathering spot for locals, both Mauritians and expatriates.
A strong commitment to environmental preservation and sustainability
Located between the sea and the mountains, the south of Mauritius offers an exceptional living environment where nature reigns supreme. In light of the growing appeal of the region to investors seeking authenticity, it is essential to preserve its unique ecosystem.
With this in mind, Domaine d'Anbalaba has designed a real estate program seamlessly integrated into its natural surroundings. Invisible from the road, our residences adopt harmonious architecture with green, flat roofs that blend into the tropical landscape. Our new villas, the Nomadic Villas, currently under construction, are designed according to bioclimatic principles to minimize their ecological footprint.
Our project also includes an eco-lodge, Nomadic Anbalaba, designed in collaboration with the architects of Nomadic Resort. Its aim: to preserve endemic flora and promote the return of local wildlife, particularly birds. A permaculture garden will also be created on the roof of the restaurant, ensuring local and sustainable production.
Finally, our one-hectare nursery allows us to replant trees and plants displaced during construction. This green space also supplies our Station A restaurant, which focuses on fresh, local products.
