Domaine d'Anbalaba is first and foremost a place for sharing and exchange, respectful of nature and its inhabitants.
The development of Domaine d'Anbalaba has been designed to meet the daily needs of everyone, whether owners, tenants or village residents. It is the only development in Mauritius to be anchored in the heart of a fishing village and open to all.
While the residential part of the estate is of course gated, all amenities (supermarket and shops), as well as the Anbalaba village square with our offices, the renovated registry office and the Station A restaurant, are accessible to all.
Security and conviviality go hand in hand, and numerous events are organised to liven up the village and create links between the estate's residents, the people of the region and the local population.

Committed to... THE ENVIRONMENT
In a natural setting between sea and mountains, the south of the island offers an enchanting residential environment. The region is increasingly popular with investors looking for authenticity, and it is the duty of all those involved to preserve its ecosystem.
Domaine d'Anbalaba has therefore developed a property development that is invisible from the road, with a focus on flat, green roofs. The buildings blend into their tropical surroundings. In addition, our new villas, the Villas Nomadic, currently under construction, are bioclimatic.
Our real estate programme also includes an ecolodge, Nomadic Anbalaba, designed by the architects of Nomadic Resort, who are working to preserve endemic plants with a view to reintroducing wildlife, particularly birds.
The ecolodge will also include a permaculture vegetable garden on the roof of the restaurant.
Thanks to our own one-hectare nursery, we are conserving and replanting trees and plants removed during the construction phase. This one-hectare garden is also used to supply our restaurant: Station A.

Committed to... THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
The mission of our ASC foundation is to revitalise the village, create links and bring moments of shared happiness to everyone: village inhabitants, estate residents, guests at the ecolodge and restaurant.
We have been working alongside the Mauritian association Drip for almost two years.
This mutual investment has led to the setting up of educational activities, prevention sessions on alcohol, drugs and various forms of violence, as well as cultural and sporting activities for children and their parents.
Young adults from the village also benefit from vocational training.
The Domaine d'Anbalaba also makes it a point of honour to recruit its employees from the region in order to develop the economy of the village of Baie du Cap and the surrounding area.
