The Domaine d'Anbalaba is deeply linked to the locality of Baie du Cap and its inhabitants. The Bouigue family, promoters of Domaine d'Anbalaba, set up a foundation in 2022: Anbalaba Social Community (ASC).
From the outset, Bouigue Développement envisaged that the Domaine d'Anbalaba and the village of Baie du Cap would develop and grow together, through closer collaboration, in order to jointly address their needs and challenges.
The aim of our foundation is to create links between all the stakeholders, to improve the habitat and the social and cultural environment, and to promote local talent.
In 2024, our foundation's actions will benefit 155 children aged 5 to 14, 30 teenagers and 80 parents.
A foundation at the very heart of the village of Baie du Cap
The mission of our ASC foundation is to revitalise the villages of Baie du Cap and the neighbouring villages of Choisy and Saint Martin, to create links and bring moments of shared happiness to all: village residents, estate residents, guests of the ecolodge and restaurant.
Our aim is to build a large, sustainable and authentic community based on sharing, solidarity and conviviality.
Activities, Prevention and Training
Nous sommes engagés depuis trois ans aux côtés de l’association mauricienne Drip.
We have been working alongside the Mauritian association Drip for three years.
This mutual investment has led to the setting up of educational activities, prevention sessions on alcohol, drugs and various forms of violence, as well as cultural and sporting activities for children and their parents.
Young adults from the village also benefit from vocational training.
