The exceptional villas that make up Les Terrasses d'Anbalaba are spread over three distinctly charming neighborhoods, whose names evoke their location within Anbalaba: in phase 1 - Côté Village (5 units) and in phase 2 - Côté Manguiers and Côté Lagon. While the first units are perfectly set in the heart of an endemic garden of rare quality, just a few steps from Anbalaba-village and all its amenities, the others will benefit from a unique wooded environment featuring century-old mango trees and a pleasant stream, while the third units will also boast breathtaking views over the shimmering reflections of the lagoon. The architect has created a number of different house models to create an elegant built landscape perfectly suited to the topography of the site, offering views of the azure hues of the lagoon in places and adapted to the trajectories of the trade winds. These models bear citrus-scented names: Phase 1 is the Pomelo model.
