Imagine living in a space bringing together all of the constituent parts of incomparable comfort, in the heart of a perfectly preserved tropical paradise.

Now imagine that this place overlooks the ocean and is moored to land only by the small fishing village of Baie du Cap. The only thing on the horizon is the blue of the ocean; inland, the backdrop is of lush, abundant vegetation. There can be no mistake: you are at « Anbalaba », a new IRS project in the south of Mauritius, which sets itself apart by catering to the needs of both its residents and the local villagers of Baie du Cap.

Claudio Veeraragoo is THE voice of heritage. Famous singer of "Sega" - the colorfull music typical from Mauritius - he made people dancing all over his island and across Europe and Asia, he followed the technological evolution, collaborated with many local artists and internationals like Maxime Le Forestier. In fifty years of career, the artist is truly the star of the Mauritian Sega!

Of course, living at Anbalaba means enjoying the rare privilege of owning an exceptional property in a magical setting. But it is also an opportunity to reconnect with a part of oneself and to discover the true face of Mauritius.

This extra measure of soulfulness is perfectly captured in a piece of work by local artist Vaco, which in turn inspired this project’s graphic identity. Because above all, the « Anbalaba » IRS is deeply connected to Mauritius and its culture, setting it apart and ensuring its authenticity.
